Fussy Sunday – and it wasn’t me

Well, Tess roomba’d her way into a cabinet today, and kept bonking her head against the side as she got angrier and angrier. She’s fine – but showed terrifying perseverance. She is not having a happy day.

We officially switched to gpants this weekend – the hybrid diapers with a cloth shell but biodegradable liner. So far, so good. Also, we tested them before switching – so the new diapers are unrelated to the fussiness. I like that we’re throwing away a lot less, and I also like that we’re not washing tons of gross cloth fillers. Hats off to those of you strong enough to do it!

Today Dave and I tied up lots of loose ends: emails, thank you’s, cleaning up, emptying boxes…fascinating stuff. Tonight, Tess will star in family dinner. We get to show everyone how big Tess has gotten! Hopefully she’ll put her smiley face back on in time to socialize. It’s been ages since we’ve been able to go, so we’re missing the peeps. For the family not at family dinner, we miss you!

  1. Smiles and laughes! You can’t beat that 🙂 She’s getting so big! I know you hear that all the time, but they grow so much from week to week!
