Cleared for takeoff!

For those of you following along, an interstate adoption requires extensive paperwork. The sending state processes everything, then ships it off to the receiving state. Between, you can go anywhere but home. Finally, the receiving state clears you. This time, it went super fast! Less than a week. We’re flying home Sunday with Griffin in tow.

This morning, Tess wanted to know where Griffin’s house was. I reminded her that the orange bedroom next to her is the baby’s room. We then discussed how Griffin is the baby. Here’s hoping she isn’t pouring on the super sweet big sister act, hoping he won’t be there when we get back! Nah. She’s in love with him, too.
